If you are involved in an accident or any kind of incident the emergency services can quickly find the right people to contact, you can also have ICE1, ICE2 etc. if the first contact can not be reached. This means that the people you want to know find out sooner, but also that the emergency services can find out any medical information that might affect your treatment. A great idea!
