A great weekend was had by all (at least I think all, obviously I can only really speak for myself!) at Yellow Braces, a diocesan run youth retreat. My job was speaker, scary the first time I have had to prepare more than one talk in advance of something and then deliver them in short space of time, but I loved it also got to use my new toy for the first time!
(There was supposed to be a picture here that is hosted on Flicker (Ive finally uploaded some pictures (3 so far) after having an account for the last few months!) but I could not get it to display, anyone know anything about linking to pictures on flicker please let me know whats gone wrong. You can see the three pictures here.)
Update huge thank you to Easyrew from Reluctant Souls for helping solve this one!
The weekend went really well, worship was Fantastic, the talks were
. (fill in the blank if you were there) the whole experience and feel of the thing was exciting, God was there doing his stuff and he was really felt by many. Please pray for the 60 or so young people that as they go back to everyday life the experience of the weekend will still be working in their lives.

Hi,
The problem with the image from Flickr is that you’ve somehow used the wrong URL for the photo. You’ve used the URL to the page for the photo, rather than a direct URL to the image itself.
Your link is to: http://www.flickr.com/photos/uksimo/186291128/
To correct it, visit that link, then click the “All Sizes” option above the image, then select the correct image size that you want to display here. Then right click the “Download the x size” link and copy the link location. Then use that as the SRC attribute of the image tag.
So if you wanted to include the small image here (as is probably best) edit your post and replace: http://www.flickr.com/photos/uksimo/186291128/ with http://static.flickr.com/53/186291128_5e617e62a7_m_d.jpg
Give me a shout if you need a hand.
PS – love the pics. Was your “new toy” the straight-jacket?
Thanks Easyrew! Your a star, yes the jacket was indeed the new toy, I have only had it about 3 weeks, although these pictures werent from the weekend (there werent any pictures taken of it there) the weekend was the first time I performed a Straight Jacket but it went well and I got out and the message across! I will try and get some more pictures up at some stage.
