Back at work after 2 days off sick, now thats not what I hate, although no I dont like being ill obviously, its the fact that because I was ill I had to let people down. Now there was nothing I could do about it, it was one of those things where you cant afford to go to far away from certain facilities and getting in the car would certainly have caused that to happen. But Sunday morning I was supposed to be leading and preaching at the Methodist church in one of our local villages and I was really looking forward to it, then I had to call them Sunday morning as I was not in a fit state to leave the house. I hope I will be able to re-arrange and join them again soon.
Last week was a silly week hence not much happening here, I hope to write a bit more this week, including some of the stuff I wanted to write about last week but just didnt have the time to.
with that very short notice at the Methodist church on Sunday, it was great to see that, althought the person looking for a last minute tape had no idea what the service was about – God managed to lead her to something which fitted in perfectly with the rest of the service! Our God Reigns!
